Marion Chevalier

Marion Chevalier is a French researcher. She is a graduate of the École du Louvre and the Master Arts, Littératures et Langages at EHESS. Her research focuses on the dynamics of collective artistic projects, the artistic forms of collaborative work, and the inscription of the arts in urban space and the public realm. She coordinates Maison Jaune, an independent art space in Saint-Denis, on the outskirts of Paris. Maison Jaune is a place devoted to collective art projects by artists, collectives, activist groups, and residents of a social housing district.. She has worked with several institutions in France and abroad, including the Franco-British support fund Fluxus Art Projects in London, Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice.
